We deal mainly in second-hand and used luxury goods and therefore ask that you inspect your goods carefully in person prior to purchasing, as we do not offer refunds for signs of use or damage.

Where possible, we will indicate any signs of use or damage either in the description, images or via video that are indicative of the age of the goods we sell

ONLINE REFUNDS

Your statutory rights when buying online remain unaffected.  Should you wish to return any goods you have bought from us online please send an email to info@livinginstylegallery.com within 14 days of delivery stating:

• Your reason for wanting to return the goods
• How much you paid
• Date of delivery
• When and how you propose to return the goods

We will consider the refund and if approved we will offer you:

• A refund in full
• A credit note

Return shipping on any refunds is to be organized and paid for by the Customer.
